Controller and contact
For FluxonLab-controlled processing, the controller is the approved legal operator identified in the Impressum. The published Privacy Notice must render the same approved legal-identity version and contact channel.
Stripe processes payment, billing, tax-calculation, fraud, dispute and portal data under its applicable role and terms. FluxonLab remains the seller and controller for its own contract, fulfilment, ledger, tax, accounting and customer-support processing.
Data we process
We process account and authentication records, contact and billing details, catalog and order data, payment and provider identifiers, tax-location evidence, VAT ID and VIES results where relevant, consent and withdrawal records, support messages, fraud and security signals, service-usage events, credit-lot allocations and append-only ledger entries.
We do not treat a browser-reported balance or success redirect as a settled payment or entitlement record.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and secure accounts, form and perform contracts, calculate and document tax, process payments and refunds, grant and reconcile entitlements, prevent abuse, provide support, meet accounting and legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims.
Where consent is the applicable basis, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn for future processing. Contract, legal-obligation and legitimate-interest processing is not presented as consent.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with Stripe, the approved identity and database infrastructure, hosting and delivery services, fraud and security providers, professional advisers and authorities where required. The published notice must identify current providers and applicable transfer safeguards before activation.
Payment-card data is entered in Stripe-hosted payment components and is not made a second balance or entitlement authority in FluxonLab systems.
Retention
Account, contract, tax, invoice, consent, withdrawal, refund, dispute and ledger evidence is retained for the period required by applicable law and for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims. Operational logs are retained for shorter documented periods unless an incident or legal hold requires preservation.
Deletion requests do not erase records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, settlement integrity or legal claims. Access is restricted after the active purpose ends.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
The published notice must provide a working privacy-request channel and must explain any material automated decision-making actually used. No machine-generated legal or eligibility decision is presented as final human review.
