What exactly are FC?

FC are FluxonLab usage credits recorded in the FluxCore ledger. Eligible actions show a cost preview before they run, and FC are debited only for verified use. FC are not cash, not transferable and never an unrestricted provider balance.

Is VAT added to the listed prices?

No under our current Austrian small-business exemption: the listed EUR amount is the total you pay and VAT is 0. If the applicable tax regime changes, checkout remains closed until the new treatment is verified and clearly shown.

Does the seven-day trial include FC?

The trial adds 0 membership FC. A verified Free account still has its separate 25 promotional FC for the current UTC month; included membership FC begin only after the first successful, server-verified payment.

Does a free account include FC?

Yes. A verified Free-plan account receives 25 promotional FC per UTC month. Unused free FC expire at the next monthly boundary and do not roll over. A non-terminal paid membership uses its own included-FC cadence instead.

Are annual FC granted all at once?

No. An annual membership is billed once per year, while included FC are released in twelve monthly slices.

Does the checkout return activate access?

No. A return page is not entitlement proof. Only verified Stripe lifecycle events processed by the FluxonLab ledger can grant access or FC.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel future renewals at any time. A scheduled cancellation or pause does not revoke an already active period early.

Do I need a paid membership to buy FC?

No. Any authenticated FluxonLab account, including a free account, can buy a one-time FC pack. Purchased FC stay linked to that purchase and their eligible use, and become usable only after verified payment.
