Scope
This policy applies to FluxonLab features that generate, transform, classify, recommend or otherwise use AI. A product page identifies the capability, provider category, material limits and whether human review is part of the service.
A capability is not available merely because it appears in research, a roadmap or a provider catalog.
Transparency and limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers must verify facts, rights, safety and fitness before relying on or publishing output.
FluxonLab does not present generated output as professional legal, tax, medical or financial advice and does not claim machine QA is final human approval.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must submit only material they are entitled to use, respect privacy and intellectual-property rights, provide required notices and consents, and keep appropriate human oversight for consequential uses.
Usage may be limited or suspended to protect people, providers, systems or legal compliance, subject to contractual and mandatory rights.
Prohibited use
Face swapping, deceptive deepfakes, voice impersonation, non-consensual likeness use, sexual exploitation, unlawful discrimination, fraud, harassment, malicious code and attempts to bypass provider or safety rules are prohibited.
A user declaration cannot override a provider prohibition, a capability gate, another person’s rights or applicable law.
Data, rights and providers
The relevant product and Privacy Notice explain what inputs, outputs, metadata and provider identifiers are processed, the retention rule and whether a credentialed external provider is used. Secrets are never entered into prompts or browser-exposed variables.
Generated output may require attribution, disclosure, licensing or other notices. The customer remains responsible for checking the rights and rules applicable to the intended use.
Review and complaints
FluxonLab may use automatic checks and targeted regeneration, but publication or delivery gates that require manual review remain manual. Machine QA does not grant publish authority.
Customers can report harmful, infringing or misleading output through the public support channel. FluxonLab records and investigates reports under the applicable retention and audit rules.
