Seller and payment-provider roles

FluxonLab is the buyer-facing seller for memberships and approved paid Fluxon Credit packs. Stripe Direct processes payments and may provide Billing, Tax calculation and the Customer Portal; Stripe is not the seller. FluxonLab remains responsible for product information, VAT and OSS, invoices and credit notes, refunds, withdrawal rights, consumer duties, fulfilment and support.

Design Studio is Coming Soon at the initial public launch. Any future first-party digital good requires a separate product, price, legal, tax, delivery and activation approval; this policy does not open such a sale.

Account and checkout authority

Membership prices are Creator EUR 19 monthly or EUR 190 annual, Pro EUR 59 monthly or EUR 590 annual, and Studio EUR 149 monthly or EUR 1,490 annual. Paid Fluxon Credit packs are 500 FC for EUR 7.50, 1,000 FC for EUR 15, 1,500 FC for EUR 22.50 and 2,000 FC for EUR 30. Under FluxonLab’s current Austrian small-business VAT exemption, each listed amount is the customer-payable total and VAT is 0 while the exemption conditions apply.

The EU EUR 10,000 small-seller rule governs place of supply and is separate from the Austrian seller exemption. If its single-establishment or prior/current-year threshold conditions fail, new cross-border consumer checkout remains unavailable until Union OSS or another approved regime is operational. The U15 UID request supports EU business relationships and reverse charge; it is not a U12 waiver of the Austrian exemption.

The membership trial lasts seven days and grants zero FC. For an annual membership, included FC is granted monthly only after verified paid settlement; twelve months are never granted upfront.

A free authenticated FluxonLab account is required for a paid FC pack. The server resolves the customer, account, catalog item, price, tax treatment and entitlement. Browser-supplied IDs, amounts, balances or success redirects are never fulfilment authority.

Fluxon Credits

Fluxon Credits are bounded, first-party service-usage entitlements. They are not money, electronic money, a deposit, a security or a general-purpose payment instrument. They have no fixed euro redemption value and cannot be transferred, gifted, resold, withdrawn as cash or spent with third parties.

Paid, membership-included and promotional credits remain separate source-bound lots. The Shared Platform Postgres append-only ledger is the balance and allocation authority. Trial FC is zero, and annual included FC follows the monthly grant cadence recorded above.

Immediate performance and checkout declarations

Where applicable, checkout asks separately for acceptance of the terms and refund policy, an express request that the paid service begin during the statutory withdrawal period, and a separate acknowledgement of the stated withdrawal consequence. No declaration is preselected or bundled into privacy consent.

FluxonLab does not grant paid credits until verified settlement, the required declarations and an idempotent ledger grant have been recorded. The exact texts, versions, hashes and timestamps are retained with the durable confirmation.

Membership changes and cancellation

Membership self-service is provided through the Stripe Customer Portal when available. A scheduled cancellation or pause does not by itself revoke current access. Access changes when the authoritative subscription state changes, subject to the membership rules shown at purchase.

Cancellation ends future renewal; it is not automatically a refund of a completed billing period. Refunds and mandatory remedies are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Withdrawal, refunds and mandatory rights

The Withdrawal Information and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Commercial eligibility rules never limit mandatory withdrawal, warranty, nonconformity, duplicate-charge, fraud or other statutory remedies.

Nothing in these terms is an “all sales final” waiver. If mandatory law gives a customer a more favorable right, that right prevails.

AI-enabled services and acceptable use

AI-enabled services may produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable output. Customers must review output before relying on or publishing it and must have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted material.

The AI Policy is part of these terms. Face swapping, deepfakes, voice impersonation, non-consensual likeness use and unlawful or harmful use are prohibited. A checkbox cannot override a provider rule or the law.
