Mandatory rights come first
Mandatory withdrawal, warranty, nonconformity, duplicate-charge, fraud and other consumer remedies are not limited by this voluntary policy. No purchase is described as unconditionally “all sales final.”
A processor fee is not deducted from a statutory refund. Any required tax correction and credit note are issued through the authoritative commerce records.
Membership refunds
FluxonLab decides and records membership refunds and mandatory remedies as the seller. An approved payment refund is sent through the original Stripe payment and the authoritative records produce any required invoice, credit note, access adjustment and tax correction.
Canceling renewal stops future billing but does not automatically refund a completed period. Mandatory rights and any expressly stated commercial guarantee still apply.
Voluntary refund for paid Fluxon Credits
Subject to mandatory rights, the voluntary refundable amount is limited to unused and unreserved paid Fluxon Credits from the original purchase lot. Membership-included, promotional, transferred or third-party credits are not cash-refundable.
The server calculates the maximum voluntary refund as: original gross purchase price × refundable paid Fluxon Credits ÷ original granted paid Fluxon Credits. The quote is source-lot-bound and cannot produce a negative wallet.
Failures and disputed transactions
Consumed or reserved credits are ordinarily excluded from a voluntary refund. This exclusion does not apply where mandatory law or the facts require a remedy, including a defective or unavailable service, duplicate charge, fraud, provider failure or FluxonLab failure.
A refund and a chargeback cannot reimburse the same amount twice. Disputes are reconciled against the provider transaction and append-only ledger evidence.
How refunds are processed
Approved payment refunds are returned to the original payment method unless mandatory law requires another route. Ledger revocation, reservation release, refund, invoice and tax-correction entries are appended; settled history is not overwritten.
The customer receives a durable status and, where required, a credit note. Processing time may also depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
